The Congress marches to the drumbeat of an out of control administration. Some people speak of impeaching them or the president and at this point they should be. Congress hasn't upheld the Constitution separating the branches of government. At this time the executive branch holds too much power many of the things they have done have been outright illegal, for the people that don't see it you probably never will. However, sometime in the near future when their is a knock at your door ...just know you stood by and did nothing while your rights were seized.

TOO LATE.
Violating the constitution and the will/spirit of the founding fathers HAS occured... taxes! Or user fees! Slavery(our white/black NOT the ongoing white/white black/black type) Alcohol ban. Amendment to change amendment banning alcohol. OOPS. Sorry the Amendments about alcohol and ending slavery were done in accordance with the constitution.
Taxes, however, have grown with the size of Federal government which would shock the majority of founding terrorists - er- revolutionaries- er- fathers. Founding fathers are spinning in their graves generating heat which threatens the world- real greenhouse effect!
The openness of some government operations are reassuring. The removal of laws passed after Watergate abuses does not bode well for the future... its a new world with new threats so we need new government! Seig Bush Seig - er All hail King Bush!
And yes I prefered a Pres confused over the definition of 'sex' and
commiting adultry to a few Americans to a Pres who is confused over the definition of 'torture' AND is screwing the majority of Americans. An olde Reagan Republican newly born LIBERTARIAN !!!

They got the cannon fodder to put him out of business yet supposedly because the republicans hold a majority in the senate nothing can get past them! This more proof that we the people need to rid ourselves of representative government in-favor of majority rule & control. Amending our constitution as needed!
