There was a film in the 60's called "The Magic Christian" One scene in it was of a very cynical millionare throwing $1000 bills into a pit of raw sewage to see how many people would swim in it to get rich. It seems as if most people would do this, debase and humiliate themselves for instant riches. Besides, who would pay a million for a used appendage? Think on.

never - no amount of money could compensate for losing a hand. imagine all the things you wouldn't be able to do. you can use your hands to make even more than a million pounds!

No way. A million pounds would not be enough to pay for all the adapting that my home would require. No money is worth disabling yourself for.
