I feel wrecked?
Where did that dutch question you aske yesterday go?
I was over in Maastrict for a long weekend not long ago with a mates and everytime we heard anyone talking dutch we would translate it as what I said in my answer....oh how we laughed (so saying we had been hitting them coffeeshops hard!)

It means miserable. And no, I'm not feeling wretched.
From the American Heritage Dictionary:

I'm feeling wretched after all the retching I've done. Thankyou for pointing that out, I needed a giggle but a hug would be good! I'm going to inflict my projectile vomit towards the violators and cause them to feel as wretched as they so blatantly are...
