I think the main problem will be people dumping rubbish on street corners and waste ground at night, or putting garbage in the house next door's bin.
I haven't got a bug yet

no not yet when the empty my wheelie bin i wash it out with bleach then leave neat bleach in the bottom of the bin

I have actually... It was a beautiful example of the 'larcis tesgavet', (green bin bug)... Was it your's? If you can describe it I'd be happy to drop it round on my way home to HMP Rampton's maximum security ward.
