Why do I keep seeing the same question posted twice?
Is this the norm or do people just like to aske twice?
Like the Postman only rings twice?
Any ideas anyone

No I mean that there is hours sometimes longer aprat if you hit the submit key twice they would follow each other with the same time only a few seconds difference!
Not the ones I have looked at like the George Michael on and various others!

some people are just stupid and ask some questions twice just to be funny.. but there really not there just being stupid

Sometimes the computer system is slow and I reckon people press the Submit button again to jostle things along. That's what happened to me anyway! It doesn't make us stupid, just impatient. Of course, the pause between submitions make it look as the the Q has been typed in twice.

Being charitable: I know sometimes I hit a button on my computer and it just sorta sits there; if they have the same problem and hit it twice (most people do) would it not post the question twice (eventually)? Either that, or they're just goofy.

I've noticed that too, I think people put it in twice as they don't think it has gone through the first time.
