I agree with the others - it could be a bunch of things and you should have it checked out. But it needn;t be something serious - you should be ovulating right about now, and some women feel that - a bit of pain an an uncomfortable tinge around the ovaries. I've experienced that a couple of times, nothing to worry about. But still, head for the doctor's office as soon as you can. You don;t want to mess with this stuff.

oh, sorry, I overlooked that you've had the pai for two weeks. That's not normal and nothing to do with ovulation.

If your pain is severe and you can't get into see your doctor, go to the emergency room. It could be a multitude of real problems. You need a gynecologist to see you, but an internist is an alternative. When your call the office, ask to speak to the doctor's nurse and explain to her how serious the pain is and ask to be fit into the doctor's schedule. I find the most lucrative availability is to call an office that has several doctors on staff. I don't know where your live but there are clinics called urgent care you can just show up without an appointment.

If the pain has lasted this long, you need to see a doctor. You could have any number of things. The most common would probably be an ovarian cyst. These are caused by too much hormone production. If you are on the pill, they may cause them too by working your ovaries too hard. I would get to a doc ASAP.

Hon,,every woman needs a doctor. If I had went in when I felt that way years ago,,I wouldnt have the problems that I do today.I have a fibroid uterine tumor that has grown out of controll. They could have lasered it out when It was small but now they want to do surgery & Iv been avoiding it trying to find another option. Please go to a gyn.Ultra sounds are the best for detecting anything that may be there.I hope that you have a doctor,,I didnt years ago because I didnt have insurance but now,,I learn that its so easy to get.If you are in the Usa,,Go apply for medicaid or go to the ER & take the bill to medicaid,,they will help you.

Well I understand that you can't go to the doctor but if it is because of insurance purposes you could go to planned parenthood. I wouldn't worry about being preg if your test was neg. If it would make you feel better you could go ahead and do another but those are pretty relieable. It could be a lot of things so you really need to go somewhere and get it checked out.

There are quite a few possibilities and it is impossible to take more than a guess with the info you have given. Pain is nature's way of telling us something is not right...make time to see a doctor.

It could be an ovarian cyst. Sometimes they just resolve themselves on their own and others require medication or surgery. It may be good to get into a a doctor as soon as possible.

If it's just tenderness and not too painful, you might be ovulating. To be sure, see your doctor to check if you have an infection.
