Most shocking - Sean William Scott getting his head lopped off by the stray metal near the train tracks in Final Destination.
Or (same movie) the blond chick getting smashed by the bus.
Totally shocking, the both of them!! Not in terms of the actors or anything, but just because you never see the deaths coming and it just makes you jump!

Final Destination 1 where the girl steps off the curb and gets hit by the bus... that's such a great scene the first time you see it and don't know it's coming.

Final Destination where the fence blows up cuts the guy into different pieces and he falls apart.... very original, or when the airbag goes off in the car and girl sticks pipe through head, also very nice touch.
