I am a 15yo male from who is going to Denver next week to see a friend who is in the hospital due to illness. I am in the process of getting legal emancipation from my parents due to financial reasons. I have been in contact with a lady who I met over the net who wants to concieve a child and is willing to meet me for such. She is in her early 30's. CO state law says that age of consent is 15yo as long as the actor is more than 10yrs older than the victim. I don't consider myself as a victim. Is it still legal for she and I to have sex or not? If the shoe was on the other foot and I was a 15yo girl I know the answer would be an overwhelming "no".

I think it's ethically and morally wrong to have sex with a partner double your age, regardless of you being male or female. On another note - normally the process involves a doctor and artificial insemination. Are you sure you want to leave your state and your parents for what might very well be just a fling?

Ethically and morally it is wrong for her to be with you but I am in the same boat as she is by trying to concieve. Artificial insemination is an expensive process and doesn't always take so you have to try it over which is not only financially draining but emotionally as well.
I cannot condemn her nor condone her having sex with a 15yo. I do understand her for wanting a child. The route she has taken is not a smart one. Don't let her know you have money otherwise she may persue you for support. I know at 15yo all you can think of is getting laid and that is understandable but in this case there are consequences.
If you do have sex with her then be careful. Once you are legally emancipated you are an adult from that point. If money is not what she is after and she only wants a baby then I cannot condemn her nor condone your actions to concieve. If you impregnate her then remember somewhere there is going to be a child in the future who is going to want to know who you are and why you were not in the picture for them. Anyways good luck and stay safe!

dude, this is how it works with female teachers and male students...so everybody pay attention....all males are experts at thinking with their *****!!! and when you finally get some p-ussy you just have to talk about it with your friends....if you are a dumb kid in high school your parents will find out and the very first thought in their brain is a large legal settlement with the school district. the highly public newsworthy criminal charges is just a minor afterthought.

DO NOT DO IT! Legal or not it's wrong. What happens when you meet that special someone and want to have children? Enjoy your emancipation and do something fun and worthwhile!

Dude, don't do it. yeah sex it one thing, but trust me you don't want a kid. Wether you expect there will be no strings or not, you don't want a kid, not at 15... That aside, no, it wouldn't be legal she's more that 10 years older than you, and you're under 18...

sure would be illegal, and not only that, this lady could then take your earnings over the next 18 years to provide for that child.
