How about politely asking her to stop rapping? If that fails, tell a librarian that you're trying to study and someone is singing and won't stop.

YES. Please. I hate these little gangster wannabes. All of them need to grow up and realize that the only place their little behinds are going to end up going to is jail. That slang talk doesn't work for ANY jobs at all except for a rapping career, and there are already so many rappers, and so many wannabe rappers; that more than half of them will never make it.
