OK, dont panic.
Where is the problem area, you're waist or upper body.
Follow a diet of water based fruit and veg for the next 3 days.
Lots of cucumber, cantilope, watermelon and tomato.
Also drink lots of nettle tea. (It will make you pee like crazy, but you'll drop the water weight)
Dont drink the nettle tea on Saturday though.
And for incase, get a small ribbon, the same color as you're dress.
If on Saturday it wont fit, ask someone, like you're mom, to sow the ribbon over the top gap (the area the zipper wont go) This will keep it together, and prevent the zip from slipping back down.

Shapwear, and start dieting and exercising. You won't be able to loose much by the wedding, but even one or two pounds can make a difference. Then invest in the best shapewear you can afford. I assume you need some torso support, so look for all in one bra and body wear, i.e. a bodysuit.

Drop carbs completely. Or if we're talking about a small bit of zipepr you can try vaseline/chapstick on the zipper to get it the rest of the way.

Either have the dress altered or go on a real strict diet the rest of the week. Drink lots and lots of water, and watch eating carbs.

There are undergarments that squeeze the back fat so that you can close your dress. Try going to Macy's and asking the sales lady for it. Tell her what you are looking for and she will help you find it. It's kind of like a boostier but it is all latex.

buy a new one otherwise you will feel horrible.or order loads of outfits out of a next day delivery catalogue or off internet (NEXT are really good for efficiency)and send the ones you don't like back.you won't have to pay for it all at once either.
