If the sticker was on a plastic surface you may be out of luck but you could try rubbing it with your fingernail.

if it is a durable surface lke glass or porcelain then use some nail polish remover.

if it is on something that is really strong like a car bumper there is a liquid called GOO GONE that will dissolve the glue (but that also takes off the paint so be careful).

My suggestion: try Goo long previous Gel and a right this moment razor blade. Scratch floor of decal then spray on the gel enable set for approximately quarter-hour then attempt to do away with decal with right this moment razor. If would not come proper off enable set back after yet another application. finding on stickiness generally takes a million to 3 applications!

Depending on the surface you are working with, try rubbing alcohol.

Other things that might work: fingernail polish remover, paint thinner, or go to the store & buy "Goof off" or "Goo Gone"

Goo Gone is really good, especially on hard surfaces like glass. It is sold in any store like Walmart, etc usually by the cleaning supplies.

Depending what material the stick stuff is on, use WD-40 or lighter fluid.
