If anything.. The one goal a person should have in life is to be happy with who they are and the fact that they have the opportunity to be themselves..
There is always some poor soul a lot less fortunate than you..
We have the power to live as we see fit.. Others do not have that choice

helping people less fortunate than ourselves by means of getting out there and talk to the communities, take part, raise money for various charitable organisations in numerous ways like holding a sponsored marathon or karaoke contest for example. visiting poor countries and seeing for themselves how hunger, poverty, violence and other negative factors are detrimental to their livelihood and survival; become an ambassador for UNICEF, the UN or mankind.
