I'm afraid I cannot answer your question but I will say one thing, take it as you will....
....avoid Exeter University. There is a large anti-gay contingient in the student community there.

I can't say best, I can only give my experience. RGU's LGBT society has all but disbanded due to complete lack of members. I'd give that one a miss.
