i fell for a player & went into the relationship suspecting he was a player & even told him so (which he denied) but his charm, smooth talk and kisses just literally seduced me - he came on so strong & passionate & always said the rite things at the rite time - had intense deep conversations with me, but then made himself unavailable at so many times, but i was drawn to him time & time again - he told me i was so cool, so hip, so modern and fun to hang out with which ended up translating into me being his doormat. i have to chalk this up to a lesson learned, cause this guy came into my life when i was vulnerable and needed to hear the things he was saying to me even though i found out there was no meaning to his words in the long run - it turns out he has problems and unresolved issues with his ex-wife, so he plays with women's minds because of his fear of being in a normal relationship and risking getting hurt. because of this guy i was such an emotional mess, but have since learned that a relationship that starts with intense passion is usually doomed because it's usually with a dangerous guy that is going to break your heart - it is better to let pasison grow and get to know a guy on a much more intimate level before you introduce sex into the relationship - i have not met anyone since the player, but am hoping to apply this lesson to the next man i meet & take it real slow & see what happens once i get to know him.

all girls dont fall for players. All girls fall for guys that other people like. Sort of like when you walk in a store somethings sell good because other people are buying or standing around that certain place. So it makes them want it. And the fact that you might not get you want even makes it better and a challenge. And even guys like a challenge. Most guys just give up easier than women. Thats why women get played much more. There is a reason why women like players. They are usually experienced and great talkers with women. Just cause you are a nice guy and innocent doesnt mean you are going to date anybody. nice guys finish last.

Women fall for these guys because they bother to talk nice to them, they kiss there butts and sweet talk them. All women want to be treated special and most guys won't let there defenses down and show they they care. The players do that for them and even though it isn't legitimate , they want that so bad that they hope it's real and just for them.I know none of the 50 or so girls I've dated would have never fallen for a player.

In most cases girls fall for players even when they know their reputations just because they may feel the guy could change for them or they can change them or because of their looks.

women, in my experience, fall for Men, or whatever passes as such. so when it comes to players, women see an alpha male, meaning one who is sure of what he wants. it's the same reason men fall for dominating women. we, as humans, simply want to be taken care of and if someone is showing that they can do that, then that becomes what we want. blame it on being babies, we actually never grow out that, blame it on learning how to walk. so to be clear, women fall for player because they show them exactly what they would like to see, and the woman who falls never truly understands "the game".

Personally, I wouldn't. If I can see that a guy is a player I would stay far, far away. Players are no good.

I wouldn't. I don't care how charming, sweet, & smooth he is, and that he makes me laugh, but I'd keep him at a distance. He may be funny, he may be sweet, but the best I can do for him is to be a friend. That's my limit.

Many women fall for men like that because of those very characteristics. Many choose to be with him because they foolishly believe they have the magic c**t that will keep him. It never works.

He instinctively "uses women", hurts them, tosses them aside, and if more women respect themselves enough to followed their own common sense, they would know not to get involved with the likes of him.

However, his survival rate is dependent "getting easy, lonely women", who think they can hold on to him. He knows already before he forms a relationship with them, is that "no one can".

What these women need to realize is, "he has no respect for himself" least of all them. He's just good at what he plays, that's what makes him a "playa".

Maybe in their minds bad boy = good protector. We will never know.

Before I die I want to do something I've never done before. I want to break a woman's heart so bad that her soul dies inside her for about 3 or 4 years. She'll spend 3 or 4 years depressed and suicidal...totally pacified and wrecked. Completely miserable. If I can do this I would feel that my life here on earth was worth something, and I can die with a satisfied smile on my face with the knowledge of a job well done.

I wouldn't. Maybe its the fact that he has a lot of charm. Some women fall for that stuff. But, to some, like me, it is all too obvious that he only wants my pants off.
