Evening Primrose Oil is supposed to help.

I find the best thing for PMS (other than chocolate of course) is Venlafaxine - an antidepressant drug - which stops all my PMT.

Those sound like very normal symptoms of PMS. You don't mention your age, but the big news is, with age your body changes. Along with the changes come emotional changes during or before your period.

i never got cramps when i had first started my period but a few years after i did...it sucks, yes..take some midol for pms or for cramps...and that helps. or take ibuprofen but make sure you eat with it...get a heating pad, put it on your lower belly and lay down and relax
