This is what works for me:
Just don't do anything! Nothing at all !!!! Once they see and understand that their behavior does not get them anywhere, they'll bother somebody else and if they don't, why should it bother you, do you have anything to hide? Any "skeletons" in that closet? I think not... So, live your life and let them live their life, unless they do something to you that is illegal, then the courts would be happy to take their share of the money they'll pay you in damages.

Some people just have too much time on their hands - I have a neighbor in a similar situation who used to call me anytime a car left my driveway to ask who they were. Rather than get upset over the nosiness, I started making light of it and in a joking manner would make up all sorts of bizarre explanations of who came over and why. Everything from representatives from a paranormal cult who are convinced that the spiders in the neighborhood are reincarnated Satan worshipers who are planning to take over the city to my first interview for a sex change operation to Federal Agents bringing me into a sting operation to catch some terrorist posing as a sweet little old lady. It was done in a very friendly tone and we both had a good laugh - she never knew for sure if I was truthful but she did stop asking after 3-4 shocking responses.
Maybe just for fun you can have special disguises and ask your friends to wear them when they leave. Have a little fun with it and give your neighbor some real excitement.

Tell the other neighbors that you are in the Witness Protection Program and that you are concerned that those nosy neighbors have mob ties and are looking to confirm your original identity. Confide to them that if they keep it up you are going to tell your FBI contacts so that the local police can be instructed to harass them out of your new neighborhood.

These are small minded people with nothing more to do.
Just ignore them.
What they say and do has absolutely nothing to do with you.
If you really feel the need to "get them back" (a very immature move, I might add)... lead them to believe something that isn't true or real is. In other words, mess with their minds.

How can your neighbors get on your computer unless they broke into the house?

Move? It sounds like they think you and your significant other are drug dealers. Actually, that's what my former drug dealing neighbor did. It seems too many people were nosy about his many brief visitors. I'm sure he's still dealing drugs somewhere else now (or in prison).

Start wearing black hooded robes around the house... gardening... heck everywhere. If they ask you what you're doing, just say that Non-believers wouldn't understand - it's complicated... or just stare them down until they walk away.

That would be "they're on my computer". Sounds to me like you may have a reason for your paranoia.
