I don't know ... what is a "sticky belly flap co*k"??
Maybe it's where you have some residue left over from an orgasm and it seeps from your foreskin onto your belly and dries. Then when you try to move your co*k it has stuck to your belly??

you lay down
you get some jam put it in your belly button
get a stiffy pull it down between your legs
when a fly lands on the jam you let your stiffy go and see if you can hit the fly
another good game is spin it and mimic
