Legally she could and should be deported.More likely she'll be given 'Free' medical care ,'Free' housing, 'Free' food and 'Free' transportation.

She will be deported. I live outside of Chicago and there is a situation like that going on here right now. The mother is not a citizen but her son is and she has taken refuge in a church so she won't be deported. I put a link to the story if you want to read it.

Look just stop worrying about other people and worry about your self. You work, go to school or what ever to make a living. Well this lady is trying to make the best for her child. Whether she gets deported back to her country or not her child will still be a citizen...whether you or I like it or not. It's called life and trying to live in it....I hope you don't find your self in that situation, you sure would not like to have someone after you trying to deport you and especially not if you have a newborn child. Think about it. Treat people as you want to be treated because judgment day will come and it will come for all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She can be. Whether she should be is another matter. I know that there was a time that, here int he US it was common for women to do that so their cihldren wold be American citizens. Personally I dont think citizenship should be a matter of birth. It should be a choice give to someone when they come of age as to whether they want to be a citizen ot he country they were born in, not something foisted upon them against their will as children.

Personally I think she should be deported. Although, it's rather common along the texas border. Happens all the time...that's how some of them become "legal".

Deport her and her kid he/she also came here illegally even thow he/she was not born yet.I though that our right were fought for and not just given we earned our rights so she should have no rights under US law.
