The hair on your head will eventually stop growing if you don't cut it. Pubic hair is like a plant in a pot. The cubicle (the pot) which supports the hair has limited size and space, therefore the hair can only grow to the length the cubicle can hold and support. The cubucles on your head are larger that the one's around your groin, which is probably a good thing when you're going to the beach.

It is because the hair on your head lasts longer before it falls out. I saw something on the tv years ago that said on average head hair grows for about 7 years, pubic hair nowhere near as long (a few months I think) but yeah, it differs between people. That's why most people can't grow their hair much past their waists.

All hair will stop growing at a certain length. For body and facial it's a shorter length. For the hair on your head, it's longer. If you were to stop cutting your hair for the rest of your life, you would notice that it would stop growing eventually.

Actually all body hair grows for a set period of time determined by your own genetic make-up.
That is why some people can grow their hair to the floor and others can't get it to their waist.

It does'nt stop growing...its just there growth is really slow. also these hair are meant to grow upto a certain limit just like the hair on ur arms, legs and the rest of the body.

Because pubic hair is actually constantly dying- this is why it is curly and wiry, as opposed to long, soft head hair.

it falls out faster and grows back so u never really notice it getting any longer

I have a very weird sense of humour some times, and im sure god was kind to us in his forethoughts. Can you imagine going into a hairdressing salon a nd say. short back and sides. ..or ...i'll have a number one thanks on this. or maybe... could you please put a part down the middle .I hate to think what you would get if you wanted it teased ??????????????????????

you can ask the same question about arm and leg hair. basically its a different hair.
