I have constantly heard the Republicans accuse Clinton of, among other things, being a rapist, even though he has never been convicted of rape. (Remember, a person is innocent until proven guilty.) Also, they claim that he is responsible for all sorts of mysterious deaths, even though there is no evidence of this. If anything, a lot of their accusations sound like the stuff conspiracy theories are made of.

There's also a lot of evidence linking the Bushes with shady characters, such as the bin Laden family, for example.

I don't think your question only applies to republicans. Every party is guilty of that. Let he without sin cast the first stone.

1. Because we believe his accuser. "Innocent until proven guilty" only applies to trials, not to opinions or beliefs. Because this never went to trial, we as thinking people, must judge between Juanita Broaddrick's testimony, a testimony we have no reason to doubt, or the word of a known and convicted liar who has an extraordiany ability to twist the language, and who has a long history of sexual harassment and predation.

Remember, there is also no evidence, no testimony to clear him of this accusation, either.

2. The 'clinton death list' was always a silly thing. I don't believe he had any responsibility in those deaths. However, he has a long history of being chummy with drug dealers, land scammers, and other eminently corrupt people, so it should not surprise anybody that there are deaths amongst his shady circle. Oh, and there is ample evidence of his association with shady characters.

Funny isn't it, and they try to claim he was 18 when the e-mails were sent! Foley would not resign for no reason, if there were nothing to resign for! This kid was 16 when it started!

Everything is a conspiracy to them, if a democrat is involved!

The same reason Democrats do the same thing. People these days like to use negative rhetoric to get their point across.
