"Can a 33 year old lady get pregnant..?" If you are having sex and your body is functioning properly, I'd say yes. "...and deliver safely?" That depends on how well you are taking care of your body and of course other physical problems you might not be disclosing. If you are obese, then I'd have a concern about the preg. part. But if your real question is about your age, then who told you that 33 is old?

Yes, of course. The best age for having a baby is between 18 and 35.

With no other health problems, definitely! Once you're 35, your doctor will want to keep a closer eye on you throughout the process, but I know several women who have safely given birth at 40 (usually by accident, though!)

Good luck!

My mom had my little brother at the age of 42 and he was one of the most healthy babies that the nursing staff had seen in a long time. (not a drop of blood on him) Note: he was also the 7th and last one.

It depends on how well you take care of your body and what you eat. Best wishes!!

Sure, I was 34 when I had my first and 39 when I had my second child...Make sure you talk to a doctor and get your regular checkups and eat well...healthful foods. Your personal health prior to getting pregnant can affect the outcome too...talk to a doctor.
