I would like to start selling stuff on ebay to make an extra living but i have no idea where to start! How do I buy things in bulk? Can someone please give me some advice?

I like Spike's advice. Oriental trading is cute site. People also like buying television movies and series that you've recorded off of the TV and have made into a DVD. Also, look up prepaid legal on the net. Hope it works out for ya.

There's a "Wholesale" category in Ebay, you can probably start from there as many bulk/wholesalers also list their bulk items for bidding. You can also ask for information from other ebay seller. They have a Community section where you can find find plenty of info.

Get a sales tax exempt liscense so you can buy from manufacturers and wholesalers in bulk without paying tax. If the wholesale site doesnt ask for your sales tax number its not a true wholeseller and your not getting a good deal on their products.
