She needs to be in boot camp. If her mother doesn't see a problem and keeps taking up for her which a lot of parents do because there their children than nothing will change. Her mom works two jobs?! Put that girl to work that's why she sleeping around with the neighbors she has nothing better to do. That's gotta be nice knowing your daughter is the neighborhood whore!

maybe this kid has some issues. Maybe seeing a therapist might help this kid work thru what ever is bothering her. Sounds like she is loking for attention and love in all the wrong places. Her mother should stop buying her things to make up for the guilt of not spending the quality time a teen needs because she works two jobs. Instead of shopping for her, spend time talking, seeing a movie together or anything that will give her some attention

What you're describing is a crime, Lewid and licivious acts with a minor, 16-17 years old. Report the activity directly to the police. They'll have a detective team look into it. That will put a stop to it, and the 17 year old's mom won't need to kick anybody's butt.

Long before they become a teenager, that way you don't end up with an unruly one. Also spoiling the child does not help.
