most requests are not accepted for almost no reason, some of the requests are accepted only if a Saudi spent many years outside the country.

If a Saudi just get married and bring the wife or husband to Saudi they could face penalty of jail and they will be fired from their work.

This is just one thing of many violations of human rights in Saudi.

I am not convinced this is the case. I too know of Saudis with foreign wives.

In the US we need to have a marrige license and have it approved by the Fed also. Most of the time it gets approved. But it sucks for those who aren't approved, and there is much debate over it. Congress even tried to make unconstitutional for certain couples to be married.

My uncle married a GERMAN women

and he works for the government

It might be hard but it is not impossible

It is hard because of our habits in saudi arabia
