What do you commit to give back to the organization after your development has occurred ?

I commit to doing my best: for my own sake. The organization would also benefit from that, but primarily I will perform at peak, and remain employable (here or elsewhere), and have a high degree of job satisfaction.

Don't settle for second best - even from yourself. :)
