A flat stoamch? I kinda need a flat stomach in 2 weeks! and i weigh 160 pounds and i'm only 5ft. 3in. and i want a flat tummy!

You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips Tu-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast. In fact, I’m on it now and have lost 17 lbs since last Monday.

If your stomach isn't as flat as you want it by then, buy an all-in-one undergarment or a long-line bra & a panty girdle. What's under your clothes is your secret. Good luck!

Obviously, eat less fats and oils. Don't bloat yourself up with soda. Crunches every day help a lot! Even the skinniest 100lb girls will have flabby stomachs if they don't do crunches. Try 30 a day then progress to 60, then 100.

Make sure you do it right! Don't hurt your neck. Lie down with your knees bent. Put your hands on the back of your head, concentrate on tightening only your stomach and move your upper body up and down. No need to sit all the way up. Best thing is that you can do it while watching TV!

When I do crunches everyday for a week, I see fast results. But I do weight less than you. Nevertheless, eat right and focus on crunches if you want to tighten your tummy for now.

Sweet heart...are you for real...160? If i'm not mistaken you are about 40 lbs overweight...and you need a flat stomach in 2 weeks...I cant begin to explain how wrong that question is...basically you need to stop eating and breathing for 2 weeks and you still wont lose that...you need to take your time and workout, eat right...try Body for Life...and good luck
