As quickly as Mace Windu took out Jango I would have to pick the Terminator. Jango's son Boba did not last long either and had to cope with the agony and suffering of the Great Mighty Sarlacc. These guys are too vulnerable and I would have to say over-rated. And don't forget what the Terminator says and always does:
"I'll Be Back"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jango, he moves faster and he's from the future. The terminator has strong damage defense, but only strength as offense. Jango has agility, speed, ability to fly, and tons of weapons. Jango could probably cut the Terminator's arm off before he could turn around.
