Lose 30 pounds in about 2 weeks and 2 days? Its for my halloween party. But its mostly about my hips! there huge and i want to make them smaller. But without pills and without surgey!

first if you are willing to spend 50 dollars then you should go to walmart and get the ab lounge and if you try it for a few days and don't like it then return! or you could look up a really good health website and see what they say is good for you to eat ! aI always get e-mails about that stuff and from professional trainers that tell you how much vegetables and fruit to eat! The websites also tell you how much calories you can burn running a mile or walking! Try that and I hope it works! Good luck!

That is extremely unhealthy. Rapid weight loss = Rapid weight gain afterwards. If you want to take it off, do it gradually. Take some exercise (I suggest Bikram Yoga), and change your diet to include real food (instead of anything pre-prepared) Drink more water, cut all pop and sugars. Once you drop some weight, you can gradually reward yourself, but it will take a while to keep the weight off.

eat lots of fruit, no fats, and run a mile a day. thats all the advice i can give you, but in all honesty, 30 lbs is a lofty goal without diet pills

you could try watching what you eat....only eating salad but only use the recommendations of salad dressing....i think its generally 2-3 tablespoons. i would stay away from fatty dressings like blue cheese and ranch. go for a vinaigrette. also eat fresh fruits...no canned fruit, fresh or frozen veggies but don't cook them in butter.....stay away from added sugars, carbs, and ESPECIALLY SODA !! exercise EVERYDAY....maybe even twice a day. idk if it will work for the hips b/c of ur bone structure but it might help ya shed a few lbs.

your body retains allot of water if you can find a spa and set in a steam room for long as you can and do not drink allot of water . it will take pounds off but make sure you do not dehydrate yourself.
