Sit down and evaluate what your weaknesses are first before you go for interview. Once you have determined what they are decide on just one. When you are asked in interview what your weaknesses are, wait for a few seconds before answering (it shows you are thinking about the question) and then tell them but end with trying to put a positive slant on that weakness. Don't give them a long list just give an example of one. One example would be "When I am confronted with a work problem I have a tendency to worry over it, but to overcome this I will walk away from it after a while and come back to it later when my mind is clearer"

Be honest but make it clear that any weaknesses are not permanent nor insurmountable - you can work on them, change, be flexible - whatever it takes. If you say you have no weaknesses they will be deeply suspicious!
Before the interview have a good think about what your strengths and weaknesses are in relation to the job - get someone (honest friend) to help you. Bosses like people who are capable of being evaluative and who are honest.

How about these:
Forgetting to stop work and go enjoy my life!!
You have to learn better to share responsibility rather than have an "I can do it myself " attitude
You have to learn to not take constuctive critism too harshly, as you typically equate your performance with your self worth.
Are these any help? They all say a weakness, but the subject can also be a strength.
DO NOT SAY THIS ONE:
I have a hard time keeping my hands off of my Boss' significant other. bad choice. Funny, though.

The idea is to give them an answer that actually looks more like a positive e.g. "One of my weaknesses is that I always work later than I should because I want to get the work finished"

Be serious to start, tell them you hate to leave a job half done, you lean towards perfectionism and can be intolerant of people who don't give clear instructions and then say but your biggest weakness has to be - then put in something silly like jelly babies or fresh cream cakes!

Say that you don't like to leave a job unfinished and that you find it hard to walk away from uncompleted task. Another weakness could also be to be unable to hand down a task to another colleague even if it would mean more time for yourself.

It depends on the job but try to give positive aspects of yourself as weaknesses "I'm not happy with that will do" or "I don't like being second best"

My wife recently answered the question with "Applying for jobs that are well below my capabilities" but she did not get that job.
I would say, "Like George Bush, I can't think of any right now."
