I have been recently reading my Bible I have anger so deep that I get completely soaking wet from sweat and the adrenilen rush of trying to hold it in is sometimes unbearable but the good book says it is OK to be angry but do not sin so I usually say some ugly things rip my shirt off like hulk Hogan wash with a cold towel smoke a ciggertte then sit and read 5 chapters in my Bible. Oh yeah allmost allways regret the ugly things that come from my mouth but have gotten over breaking things or hurting people allso conquered my road rage by thinking if I wasn't driving I would probably be doing somethig else I would not like more and try to give 2 fingers instead of 1 now peace.

Take deep breaths, count to ten and do that several times until it hopefully passes me by, if that doesn't work I go to the moors were no one is about and stand and scream at the top of my voice until I feel better, works for me.

I listen to aggressive heavy metal music. It's kind of like knowing that other people feel the same as me, helps the anger fade away. Their yelling replaces my need to yell.

A punching bag like Gwendyl said is a quick fix....So is working out.....But for the long term it usually takes forgiveness and time......

By a stationary punching bag. Hit or kick it really hard many times :)
