I think he's doing his second best job. His best was with the Bears when they made the playoffs, but there is no disputing that the Bills are playing for him.

Jauron is doing an excellent job. He has assembled an excellent staff and has, in just one offseason and four games, eradicated our "culture of losing." When we're down, instead of just laying down and dying, we fight. If some one is coming back on us, we hang tough and stop them. We win UGLY.

And, as for Losman....when he came out, one of the big knocks on him were his funky mechanics. The previous regime insisted they weren't a problem and didn't address them. This regime did. It is very rare for such an inexperienced QB to improve so dramatically so quickly(no disrespect meant to Losman, he's a very smart and hard-working guy), so I have to think addressing his mechanics(especially his footwork) has something to do with it.

But it's not just him. For the first time ever, McGahee participated in the voluntary OTAs this off-season, and has dramatically improved not only his decisiveness in hitting holes, but his blitz pick-up as well. This shows me that McGahee is buying into it, something he never did under Donahoe, so far as I can tell.

Oh, and Jauron got a raw deal in Chicago once Jerry Angelo came in. Angelo, naturally, wanted his own guy, but you can't exactly fire the coach of the year, can you? It's also difficult to hire coordinators if everyone knows the GM wants to get rid of you. But it's certainly turned out well for both parties IMO...

hes doin a good job with the situation in buffalo... but i think the success so far for the bills is the surprise performance of jp losman.. not to mention mcgahee leads the league in rushing yards. he is doin a good job though but i think he did better a few years ago when the bears went to the playoffs witha 13-3 record

He's doing good but he could've gotten more out the team so far. His best coaching was when he won Coach of the year in Chicago

It has been doing a very decent job so far. I didn't expect to see that huge improvement in Bills mentality. Not to mention the notable improvement of JP at QB
