First you pull the wheels to check the condition of your brake pads.If the pads are not worn down too much you have the rotors turned and the glaze sanded from the pads.If the pads need replacing i would suggest if you have an Advance auto parts store where you live, buy their gold series pads.We use them at our shop and never have a comeback.

Ensure they don't need replacing (look at the pad and confirm the metal bracket is not scraping the disk).
If that's not the problem, warm the brakes up each time by pulsing the brakes while moving (lightly touching the brake until it stops squeaking).
If squeaking persists, replace the pads because they might be improperly installed.

Generally, brakes squeak when they are reaching the end of their life. There is a metal sensor embedded in the brake to alert you when it is time to change them.
Do it soon, or you will have to replace the rotors as well, and that gets expensive.
If they are newer brakes, have your car washed. There may be brake dust built up on them.

If it is a Chrysler Neon, have the rear brakes cleaned & serviced. However, this will only correct the symptom temporarily. It's just a design flaw that Chrysler has never been able to correct with these cars. HTH.

Firstly try installing anti squeel shims.
Most likely easier to replace the pads.
I had a new car that started this after 5000 miles, after 5 warranty visits, they finally replaced the pads, and no more squeel.

Get the pads and the rotors changed. It may be pricey but your question is a little vague. Good Luck!!!
