how do i change my picture to something random rather than the cheesy aviator picture where i look like a child? also how do i change the hair colour of my aviator pic,it wont let me?!

Easy! Click on the underlined JENNY WREN in any page and when you get to your details, click on "edit details". You will see an option to change your avatar.
Not a whole lot of variety yet, though, in the avatar list, I think.

Log into your Yahoo Messenger there is a place there where you can edit your avatar.
