It depends - does your boiler heat your water too? If so it should already be on and all you need to do is reset you timers for the heating. If it doesn't, then seeing as ignition switches are run on electricity, make sure you switch the power on - then turn the gas pilot on and press the ignition switch to ignite the gas. Hold the button in for at least ten seconds and then slowly release - the flame should stay alight.
(On some boilers there are star-like symbols a large one and a smaller one - turn the knob to the large one to ignite, when ignited and properly lit, turn it to the smaller one - there's usually an information label inside the boiler door explaining this).

Check for a power switch next to your boiler or at the panel box under heat. Try turning up your t-stat.
If this does not work, you may need to call in the pro's.
