Best ever is Bonnie Pointer singing songs by Diana Ross and the Supremes and Martha and the Vandellas from old time Motown Music. This music will get even the dead moving.

Try songs that have a good beat. If they make you want to dance you will enjoy working out to them. I like to blast Ms. New Booty by Bubba Sparks, Caught Up by Usher, Get up by Ciara, Keep Rollin by Limp Bizkit and many more. Explore with fun dance music!!! Work it out girlie!!!

Physical by Olivia Newton John, stuff like that. LOL Find music you like to dance to, and work out to that.
