The rain is beautiful. There's nothing better than being battered around outside by the wind and the rain. I make you feel really alive.
It's also nice to be indoors in the warm when you can watch and listen to the rain pelt down on the window. It's soothing.
I love puddles. Why have you people got to be dry all the time and moan about the rain?

I love the rain. I love the feeling in the air right before it rains. When the air is warm, and it's silent and still, and the clouds are just beginning to come. I love the feeling of rain. When it comes down really fine, just enough to feel it against your skin, and when it pelts down, soaking your clothes and making everything dark and imposing. I love listening to the rain. Knowing that it is out there seems to make the day better, no matter what the situation is. I love the feeling in the air after it rains. When the world seems to be reawakening. When the air is cool and fresh, and you can smell the clean scent of the earth.
In short, I just really love the rain.

It's all fine and dandy until one morning, say around 6:50 a.m., you're cruising along on the expressway and suddenly vision is obstructed by rain and you tap your brakes every so slightly and next thing you know, you bounce of the semi next to you, into the way, way over into the other wall and back into the original wall while collecting about 11 other vehicles (including 3 semis total) along the way. When that happens, your take on rain becomes a much different story.

Actually, like you I love the rain smashing against the window at night. I've hated all this sun recently and today, in Eastbourne, it's a temperate day with a small spitting of rain - that is my ideal sort of day. I prefer not to sit on a seat outside on days like this of course!

Hi. When I was little I used to take my clothes off and run out in the rain. I still do that if I get a chance. Rain is wonderful! I am with you.

I feel the same i love going outside and just going for a nice walk when it is raining or sitting inside all snuggled up in front of the fire and just watching the world go by =)

Agreed. Its better still if it is thundering.
Except for that really fine misty rain that always used to start right before a cross country run at school.

I love rain especially when it is heavy I think it's romantic it reminds me of the films when the people run to somebodys house to tell them they love them ie 4 weddings and a funeral. Love the rain but hate the cold.

I Adore the rain, thunderstorms and my absolute favourite is going to Flambrough Head in bad weather and watch the rain and high waves crash around the rocks :-)

Why do you assume that people don't love rain? Many people love it, depending on other factors e.g. how cold or windy it is while it's raining, whether they are dressed for it, whether it is spoiling some plans they have made. Rain is brilliant - where would we be without it?
