It's certainly not in the best taste... the ex is a part of the life that's supposed to be over with... that's why they're called ex.

Yes. I understand that sometimes people can be friends with the new spouse of the ex husband. However, to be the maitron of honor is a little much. I think it is wrong.

Not really. Ex spouses still can be friends and talk and yaddah. My ex-wife and I talk about problems and I have done her tax return for years. We may not be married and can't live together but we still watch out for each other and assist where we can. Life is strange; get used to it.

no, not at all. my ex is like family to me and i would not mind attending his wedding. just because the dynamic of a relationship changes does not mean that you can't create a new, stronger one. your friend's wife is probably better friends with her spouse than she was when they were married.

not really...that jus shows she's over it and can move on like a mature adult, not like some that can't even be in the same room with their ex spouses.

i think so, and so is my sister in law marrying my ex boyfriend. i just went to that wedding last week, had a grand ol' time.
