No. But if you can connect a turntable to a CD recorder using the RCA jacks, then you can record the music to a CD that way. You might need an amplifier as well. DVD is a totally different format from CD so they are not compatible at all. But once you have the music on the CD you could connect the audio out from the CD recorder/player to the audio in of a DVD recorder and record the music that way. There would be no picture of coarse.
