My husband has gone for one month on a business trip, and I really miss him now, what can I do romatic on the first day he arrives

just let your imagination run wild.
or pick him up at the airport (make sure somone will be taking care of your kids, if any), drive to a hotel, have a romantic dinner, a glass of wine or even two, then lock yourself in (no Victoria's Secret needed but a flimsy thing for two will be of big help).
I bet right now he's asking the same question (i did when i was out for two weeks).
Forgot something: make sure you have with you a perfume that you know will drive him crazy.

He will probably be tired from the trip so prepare him a nice bath with aromatic candles and a glass of wine and classical music. Then when he finishes have nice dinner ready but don't feed him too much because he will feel very sleepy. Afterwards, you can seduce him by wearing some new underwear and a little bit different from what he had used you to.
After all these he will be reminded why he was so eager to return home!

Some people have already suggested that you meet him - presumably at the airport (but where exactly doesn't matter) - and whisk him off to a nice hotel for a romantic dinner, early night and lots of loving.
I reckon he would love it ... he should have plenty saved up for you ;-) ... just remember the lube 'cos it's bound to get a bit sore after a while!

i know what u r feeling right now. i also face the same situation, but i would like to share my experience with u, so u can also gone through ur hard time .. Dont afraid, i will accompany u to gone through this.. MY situation is a bit different.. i have a bf , but he is from other country and now he is working in other country for his bussiness... really i miss him very much.. So, indeed every night, i will hug my pillow and smell it as if he is my bf.. And it does work, i will much happier .. I as if could feel him...he is just beside me! And beside that.. i did some art work for him.. what i did is i cut out big heart shapes drom construction paper and one each heart , i wrote " i love u" the other side, i wrote the reason how much i love him.. Then, i decorated them on his toy car.. When, he came back he felt surprise and he loved me more than before...The days, when he went for the business trip to other country, i sent sms to his phone and express my love to him in voice mail, so when he miss me, he can also listen to my voice... And when he is not around, i tried to learn more special and delicious, and important is easy to do.. U just need 9 pieces of square and small biscuit arranged nicely on the plate and then on each of the bisuit put some strawbery jelly, on each top of the strawbery jelly, cut heart shapes from other 9 pieces of the biscuits, and it is very tasty!..i wrote letter from him every day to tell him what i feel and buy him a small present every day and decorate his room with candles, our photos, music box, his new shirt i have bought for him and much more... when u free, u can go out for shopping and chating with friends...The special things i did was something romantic stuff, i placed his room full of balloons and each of the balloons, i put hidden messages, that tells him why i love him and how much i love him...mmmmm..When he came back, we have a amazing day together, we cuddle, talking, and watching romantic movie together... and we cook dinner together and have a great time for each other.. Is that great?
