Well i'm having a halloween party and my crush will be there and i want to be something kinda hot but i'm only 13, and i don't want to show my stomach.

be an angel! They always have really really pretty costumes and all white will attract anyone's attention! Put spray glitter in your hair and body too! It'd be so pretty!

If you don't feel comfortable dressing "hot", then don't. Try something else to impress your crush. Like a really cool, well thought out, and scary costume. If you are only 13, I assume your crush is as young as well, he will be more impressed by a super-cool costume than a super-slutty one. Plus, it Halloween! It's supposed to be dark and scary, not necessarily sexy.
Try a Medusa. I'm not sure how you would do it, but it'd be really cool!

The black cat outfit is always great but pretty generic. I think I turned the most heads when I went as a some goddess of fire (it was an outfit I got at party city.) IThe dress was red with this great belt and it had sheer black sleeves and was slit pretty high on the thigh. I wore a pair of fishnets and a nice pair of black heels with it and showed some cleavage. You dont have to show your whole body to be hot. Have some fun with it. I also went as a sexy cop one year and had fun and arressted my crush.

be a disney princess. If you have blond hair be Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty. If you have red hair be Princess Ariel. If a brunette be belle. If you have black hair and your tan colored be Princess Jasmine. If youhave black hair be Snow white. If you are Asian be Mulan. If your native American be Poccahontas.
