No problem at all. Went to Vegas last year and most taxi's have them there. Good way of protecting the driver if you ask me.

Well to be honest i would prefer not to be watched but to feel safe in a taxi. I believe that it has become fashion to live in a 'Big brother ' world! I understand though the significant need for the taxi drivers to feel safe while they are working especially afterhours. So i believe you should have it on in that hours. In the rest of the day is a bit annoying.

Personnally I would feel safer. I would think this would help you as well. Stop people trying to get a free ride and do a runner and if you ever recieved a complaint you would have proof if needed. You could also show other Taxi drivers if you had problems with customers so as to warn them what they looked like.
Great idea

I personally would feel safe, as there are so many fake taxis on the road, it would be reassuring to know that I am in a taxi who cares about his paasengers.

i can see the security problems you taxi people have, but personally i would feel uncomfortable, getting in a taxi, in the late hours, abit boozed up, talking nonsense, wondering if and when that would be put on the Internet?!

I wouldn't have a problem with it and if you get robbed you would have the video. Good Idea!
