A question mark ends a sentence which asks for an answer.
Your question should start with a part of a verb, such as:
Could anybody please help me solve the problem? (verb: could help)
Would you come with me? (verb: Would come)
Do you like apples? (verb: do like)
When it is not a question, you change the verb order, such as:
Anybody could help me solve the problem.
You would come with me.
I do like apples.
