I am certainly not tired of hearing about the apparent House leadership cover up. I would like to hear more. I'd like to actually hear some answers. There is not doubt that the media is beating it to death, but when Hasterts story changes daily and we get more details about how long it's been going on daily it is not going to die out.

I'd like to hear whether or not this was a deliberate smear by ABC news considering they now admit the kid was 18 when he sent the IM's and 21 now. I'm sure there's other messages, but reporting THOSE particular messages and lying about the age? People will continue to call this guy a Pedophile for the rest of his life over this. Pedophile is an exagerration anyway considering the age of consent, but then to lie about it. Awful.

It is NOT a scandal. It is one man doing something inappropriate and nothing has come out that he has slept with any of the kids. It is BAD - yes. SCANDAL of epic proportions that the libs are trying to make it - NO.

And YES - I am tired of hearing about it so stop asking these kins of questions.

I think it is important that we take these kind of people out of office. Why would you run from public office in the first place if you had a mindset like this? You would save your family a lot of grief by just hiding it and doing it in private (I am not agreeing with what he did, i'm just saying if he were smart) You would have a lesser chance of getting caught than using Senate Computers, which have some of the strongest security in the wold. Someone who thinks that they can do this and get by with this is just stupid.

Democrats have been listening to approximately 'Monica and bill' for years, through fact this is each and all of the ammunition everybody had to throw, the different accusations have been all duds, so gripe all you like. through fact the guy stated; "you would be unable to handle the actuality!".

Just the repuglicans they were caught with their pants down and don't like to hear it. Us democrats still have to listen to things about Clinton and how long ago was that. He had consensual sex with an adult. Oh but he lied about it. Foley was trying to molest a child and the rest of the party leadership tried to cover it up. Hmmmm I wonder how long you will have to listen to the facts on that.

while the IMs Foley allegedly sent were sick, they dont constitute a violation of the law. democrats have done worse and were cheered. if foley was a dem he would be elevated to hero status.
barny Frank is already upset that he is getting negative attention because foley is gay. you should be supporting your man.

it was right for him to be removed from office. it is not a republican scandal, it is gay pedofile scandal less inflamatory than studds case.

Yes, but nevertheless it is necessary. At this point the focus is less on Foley (unless he comes up with another excuse for his behavior besides alcohol or clergy abuse). But the apparent "good-old-boy" cover-up needs to be exposed.
