Yahoo, security certificate is like, "verisign", all software should have the name of the publisher and a valid upto date certificate when you download the program.

If you download a program and see "publisher unknown", or no "valid registraton", "registration expired", you may not want to trust the program, unless you are 100% certain that the program came from a trusted source.
