I think the best player IN Brazil is Carlos Luciano da Silva, nicknamed Mineiro.
But i know you dont mean that, so outside of Brazil i'd say Ronaldinho.
By the way did you know in a match between Goiás and Cruzeiro, in 1979, 14 players were sent off.
