Recently the fonts on some of my file names have automatically changed to blue. I can't seem to change them back to black. Any ideas what's going on?

It's because those files were recently either encrypted or compressed (to save space during a clean-up). To change the color back to black, go into Control Panel, click on Folder Options, click on the View tab, uncheck the entry labeled "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color", and click OK.
