I am in NYS, outside of the city,if I check findlaw.org, I can find many different lawyers dealing with wills, but all too far away. Also, how do you check their credentials or know that they are good or not? I am not looking for a sarcastic,non-caring lawyer,need a good, qualified lawyer that strictly handles will/living wills/power of attorney. Also what is the cost for this? Please reply only if your a legal professional. Thank You

Go to www.martindale.com - you can search by area, specialty, firm size, etc. and also check biography of attorney and firm.

The best way to find a good lawyer for that is to ask around. Talk to your friends and colleagues.
