I would tie a string to it and a ping pong to the other and demonstrate my kegel muscle tone.

Okay I'll be serious..Here is one thing I really do with a 50 pound weight. I get into a crab walk position with the weight on my belly and hip bridge it while my feet are on a wobble board. Not a lot of fun, but great for the core and glutes. I always do that one in a corner, facing the corner for modesty sake.

I am a big woman but I can't even lift 50 pounds, even with 2 arms so it would just sit on the floor.

Not too much, most things i can do are either with more weight, like chest/bench press, or less weight like bicep curls.... that's why i am glad the ability to choose weight is available, what a world!

Plenty of different ones. You don't have to lift it to exercise with it.

I would totally be able to hop around on one foot cursing after having dropped it on my other foot! I bet that burns a lot of calories. :)

Curls. It would be too light for military or bench press.
