I'll assume you're asking, "Why does the planet Venus rotate in the opposite direction, compared to the other planets?"
No one really knows for sure. One wild theory is that Venus was not a natural planet of our solar system, but was a rogue planet drifting in the universe and was acquired by our suns gravity. Supposedly, this action was disastrous for our worlds for a brief time, being that the gravity of this rogue planet caused some havoc. There's even a biblical account of a day lasting twice as long, due to the sun rising, setting, than rising from the same location going in the opposite direction. Could have something to do with this. Who knows.

We don't know why all the planets and the sun spin in that paticular direction. It seems that as the solar system formed all the bodies 'evolved' for the most part to spin in that direction. Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retrograde_motion which talks about this in detail. All the planets (including venus) spin anticlockwise (counter clockwise)around the sun. Venus has the closest to a circular orbit around the sun all other planets are elliptical. Venus/Uranus 'appears' to rotate the other way due to an effect called Retrograde motion. Check the following articles that treats this information in depth hope that helps!
