I'm 18 years old . my periods are regular and everything. I had my last one last week and it was normal and everything . And at the beginning of this week I had sore breasts and pain in my lower tummy . And yesterday I had a little discharge white mixed with a little blood . Is this normal.
P.S I never ever had physical contact with anybody in my whole life just to make everything clear. I gain like 5 kilos do you think it has soemthing to do with it ?

I would have to say go see your doctor. He can help you more than we can. That is my recommendation.

I used to get pain in my lower abdomen (is it towards one side rather than just in the middle?) like that, almost like a side-stich (what you get when you're running sometimes, you know?) and my doctor told me it was me ovulating, that the fallopian tubes are wiggling to get the egg down and sometimes that can hurt and it's very normal. I forget what she said to do it for it though. But I say if the pain isn't severe, wait a few days. If it doesn't go away in a few days, definitely go see a doctor, just to be safe. If it is severe, go see a doc ASAP.

You may just be experiencing your body settling down, you are still quite young so your hormones still need to settle down. If you are stressed out or if you don't eat healthily then that can have an effect on your periods. If you worried then you should go to the Dr just for peace of mind.

I would wait and see if it goes away... if not see a doc!
